Greek Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1/2 semolina

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • cinnamon sugar (measure with your heart)

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauce pot, add the milk and warm it on medium heat.

  2. When the milk is about to boil, add in the vanilla and semolina.

  3. Mix until the mixture thickens to a desired consistency (I like when its a little thinner than a pudding cup)

  4. Once at your desired consistency, transfer the pudding into a serving bowl and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
